Your card helps start a conversation. It cannot confirm that a meal is safe or replace your allergy care plan.

A free allergy card generator for travel

Create a printable food allergy card to explain your allergies at restaurants, cafés and hotels. Also known as a food allergy chef card, your bilingual card shows each allergen in your language and the language you choose, so you can share it with the people preparing your food.

An allergy translation card in five languages

Choose any two of English, Turkish, German, Spanish and Russian. Make a Turkish allergy card from English, translate Turkish into English, or choose another pair. Both languages appear together on your restaurant allergy card.

Print a wallet card or save it on your phone

Download your allergy card as a PDF for printing or a PNG image for your phone. The wallet format keeps every allergy on one printable page, with two sides to fold into a wallet card. Text gets smaller as you add more items. The phone format can use additional cards to keep longer lists readable.

    About your food allergy card

Is the allergy card free to download?

Yes. You can create, translate and download your card for free, without an account. Choose PDF to print it or PNG to save an image.

Which food allergies can I include?

The list includes peanuts, sesame, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, prawns and shrimp, plus individual tree nuts and other allergens. Select each item that applies to you, or use Other for an item that is missing.

Can I translate an allergy that is not listed?

Enter the allergen in your own language under Other. Recognized terms translate automatically. Additional free-text translation uses an on-device translator in supported desktop browsers. If translation is unavailable, the tool tells you rather than adding an untranslated allergy to your download.

Can I use the allergy card offline?

Yes. Save the downloaded PDF or image on your device before you travel, and you can show that file without an internet connection. Check the wording and translations before using the card, and ask restaurant staff to confirm they understand your allergies.
