Payments

• Prices are shown before you confirm a booking
• Doctors submit proposals with transparent pricing
• Insurance claims are processed where applicable
• Refund policies depend on cancellation timing and circumstances

• Doctors on our platform are independent professionals
• Our AI symptom assessment is not a medical diagnosis
